Linde plc is the largest multinational corporation in the production of industrial gases. It is engaged in the production and sale of atmospheric, technological, and specialty gases for various industries, including aerospace, chemical, food, energy, and others. In addition, the company's engineering division offers its clients a wide range of services for gas extraction and processing. It was formed as a result of the merger of such large enterprises as Linde AG (Germany) and Praxair, Inc. (USA). The product portfolio includes atmospheric gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and rare gases) and technological gases (carbon dioxide, helium, hydrogen, electronic gases, specialty gases, and acetylene). Linde plc also develops, designs, and manufactures equipment for the production of industrial gases, mainly for internal use.
