Some features of the Website are available through paid subscriptions. All payments are processed via PayPro Global and are subject to PayPro Global's terms. We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment information.

Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis, as described on our Features & Pricing page.

Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a notification from PayPro Global before each upcoming renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance via email. Continued use of the subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refunds: Refunds are available within 14 days of payment. After this period, refunds will not be issued. To request a refund, visit your account settings or contact us at [email protected].

Transaction Fees: Users are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their bank or payment provider, if applicable.

Users can create and share screeners and watchlists via a public link. Shared links allow others to view, but not modify, the content. Users may delete their screeners and watchlists at any time, after which they will no longer be accessible.

Content Standards: Users are solely responsible for the content they create, including screener and watchlist names, descriptions, and configurations. User-generated content must not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, misleading, or that infringes on the rights of others. WallStreetNumbers.com reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any user-generated content at its sole discretion and without prior notice, particularly content that violates these standards or applicable laws.

Ownership and License: Users retain ownership of the screener configurations and watchlists they create. However, by sharing content via a public link or using the platform's sharing features, you grant WallStreetNumbers.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and feature that content on the Website. This license terminates when the user deletes the shared content.

Liability: WallStreetNumbers.com is not responsible for any user-generated content and does not endorse the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of shared screeners or watchlists. Users who access shared content do so at their own risk.

Unauthorized use of automated systems, scraping, or excessive requests to our API is prohibited. Any attempt to interfere with or exploit the Website's data, including but not limited to accessing it without authorization, scraping, or overloading the API, may result in termination of access and legal action. Excessive requests are defined as those that disrupt normal website functionality or overload the server.

The Website uses third-party services, including:

• Cloudflare for caching and security optimization
