The dividend will be payable on February 20, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of the business day on February 6, 2025. Heritage Commerce Corp has paid a cash dividend each quarter since 2013.
SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 23, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq: HTBK), (the “Company”), the holding company for Heritage Bank of Commerce (the “Bank”), today announced that its fourth quarter 2024 net income was $10.6 million, or $0.17 per average diluted common share, compared to $10.5 million, or $0.17 per average diluted common share, for the third quarter of 2024, and $13.3 million, or $0.22 per average diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2023. For the year ended December 31, 2024, net income was $40.5 million, or $0.66 per average diluted common share, compared to $64.4 million, or $1.05 per average diluted common share, for the year ended December 31, 2023.
