Hess Corporation is a global oil and gas company. The company is engaged in exploration, development, production, transportation, purchase, and sale of crude oil and natural gas. Production operations and development activities are located in the United States, Guyana, and joint development areas in Malaysia, Thailand, and Denmark. Hess Corporation was founded in 1920. As of the beginning of 2020, the company's proven reserves amounted to 1197 million barrels of oil equivalent, including 762 million barrels of crude oil and condensate, 169 million barrels of LPG, and 1593 million cubic feet of natural gas.
