(“WSI”), has priced its offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.625% senior secured notes due 2029 (the “Notes”). The Notes were priced at 100.000% of their face value. The closing of the offering of the Notes is expected to occur on or about June 28, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
