SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 02, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reliance, Inc. (NYSE: RS) today announced the appointment of James K. Kamsickas, 57, to serve as an independent director. Mr. Kamsickas' term took effect on October 1, 2024 and will expire at the Company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
