Its corporate structure evolved over the years, and the current parent corporation, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., was registered on July 23, 1985 in the Republic of Liberia. The company operates four global cruise brands: Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara, and Silversea Cruises, as well as owns 50% of a joint venture in the German brand TUI Cruises and 49% of the Spanish brand Pullmantur. The company's ships operate on a variety of routes worldwide, covering over a thousand destinations on all seven continents. In addition to its headquarters in Miami, Florida, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has offices and a network of international representatives worldwide, primarily focused on sales and market development.
