I reiterate my "buy" rating on Workday with a price target of $336, as demand for its AI solutions strengthen with expanding profit margins. Workday's Q3 FY25 earnings showed revenue and earnings growing 15.8% and 23% YoY respectively, driven by a growing number of customers adopting full-suite solutions to maximize ROI. Despite slightly lowered FY25 revenue guidance, management remains confident in FY27 targets, supported by a robust AI product pipeline and partner ecosystem.

Although the revenue and EPS for Workday (WDAY) give a sense of how its business performed in the quarter ended October 2024, it might be worth considering how some key metrics compare with Wall Street estimates and the year-ago numbers.
Workday (WDAY) came out with quarterly earnings of $1.89 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.72 per share. This compares to earnings of $1.53 per share a year ago.
Workday reports another quarterly earnings beat, but a lowered subscription revenue outlook weighs heavily on the stock.
