For FY24, RH anticipates a demand growth of 9.9%-10.4%, expecting advantages from price increases and new product lines, even in a challenging housing market.

RH, previously called Restoration Hardware, is doing well despite the struggles in the housing market. This is the main reason why investors showed a lot of interest in the stock today.

The high-end home furnishings store anticipates that its revenue will increase by 18% to 20% compared to the same period last year in the fourth quarter.
