ZURICH, Dec. 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Amcor (NYSE: AMCR, ASX: AMC), a leading company in creating sustainable packaging solutions, announced that it has sold its 50% stake in Bericap North America (BCNA) for $122 million on December 27, using the money to pay down debt. In fiscal 2024, the joint venture generated around $190 million in total sales and had an adjusted EBIT of about $19 million, both of which were fully included in Amcor's Rigid Packaging division.
