Description:

Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) is an American aviation holding company that provides cargo air transportation and related services to domestic and foreign airlines and other companies that outsource their cargo air transportation requirements. ATSG is the world's largest lessor of converted Boeing 767 freighter aircraft through its leasing subsidiary, Cargo Aircraft Management. Through its major subsidiaries, including three airlines with separate and distinct FAA Part 121 air carrier certificates in the U.S., ATSG provides aircraft leasing, cargo air transportation, passenger transportation and charter services, aircraft maintenance services, and ground services at airports. The company, formerly known as ABX Holdings, Inc., was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio.
