VICI Properties Inc. has announced that its subsidiary, VICI Properties L.P., has successfully completed a public offering of $750 million in senior unsecured notes with a 5.125% interest rate, set to mature on November 15, 2031. The notes were issued at 99.643% of their face value. The company plans to use the funds raised to pay off its existing $750 million debt.
