Clarus's future value lies in how effectively management can revamp the Black Diamond Equipment label and scale the Adventure segment in the US Market. Black Diamonds on-going SKU reduction efforts and improved product assortment will better position the company to achieve its profitability goals. The push to grow the Adventure business segment in the North American market through organic growth and small bolt-on acquisitions wisely parallels the rise of overlanding in the U.S.

Clarus has no net debt after selling its precision sports business but faces weak end markets and needs sales to benefit from operating leverage.
