Krispy Kreme's Q2 results showed solid financial momentum, but better growth is only ahead with the upcoming McDonalds partnership implementation. A majority stake of Insomnia Cookies was sold at a total implied EV of $350 million, in my opinion ending the strategic alternative process well. Krispy Kreme's stock valuation has gotten more attractive ahead of accelerating growth, but I believe that the valuation still shows a mostly fair margin of safety.
