The company was formerly known as pdvWireless, Inc. and changed its name to Anterix Inc. in August 2019. Founded in 1997, the company is based in Woodland Park, New Jersey. Anterix Inc. provides transformative broadband communication needed to modernize critical infrastructure for energy, transportation, logistics, and other industries through the capabilities of private broadband wireless connectivity in the 900 MHz range. The company also deploys private LTE solutions in the 900 MHz frequency through targeted deployment of its core commercial offering. Anterix Inc. offers a suite of services called UtilityNet.
