THIRD QUARTER 2024 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS N et revenue s for the third quarter of 2024 were RMB683.7 million (US$97.4 million), an 8.8% decrease from the corresponding period in 2023, primarily due to a 33.0% decrease in net revenues from mainland China, which was partially offset by a 28.9% increase in net revenues from overseas.

NOAH's latest Q2 2024 results were a disappointment, as the company's latest quarterly revenue and earnings missed expectations and dropped significantly on a YoY basis. On the flip side, Noah Holdings announced a new $50 million buyback program that might enhance the stock's future shareholder yield. I continue to have a Neutral view of NOAH following my evaluation of the company's negative financial performance and positive shareholder capital return outlook.
