NEW YORK, Dec. 02, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Interparfums, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: IPAR) has announced that its French subsidiary, Interparfums SA, which it owns 72% of, has acquired all Off-White brand names and registered trademarks for Class 3 fragrance and cosmetic products. This acquisition is subject to a current license that will end on December 31, 2025, after which Interparfums will start using the fragrance brands commercially. The two companies plan to develop a long-term partnership to collaborate on strategies, product launches, and market initiatives.
Interparfums showed impressive financial performance in the third quarter and anticipates decent growth in the fourth quarter too. However, the company predicts that the market will slow down starting in 2025, which will lower their growth expectations for that year. As a result, IPAR's current valuation may not align with this expected slower growth.
IPAR expects to see moderate growth in 2025, thanks to its well-known brands and new product releases, such as the introduction of the luxury Solferino line.
