As previously announced, the Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at 8:30 AM, Central Time.

This segment also provides composite aircraft structures, and repair and support services. Air T, Inc. was incorporated in 1980 and is based in Denver, North Carolina.
