The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the FTSE Custom Developed ex US Ultra Dividend Revenue Index (the "underlying index").
The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index, as well as ADRs and GDRs that represent securities in the underlying index. The underlying index includes a subset of constituent securities of the FTSE Developed ex US Index, an index designed to represent the performance of large- and mid-cap securities from developed market countries, excluding the United States. The fund is non-diversified.
