The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities, primarily by purchasing ETFs that invest in companies listed on the NASDAQ-100 Index. Up to twenty percent of its net assets will be subject to the fund's convexity option overlay. The option overlay consists of purchasing exchange-traded and OTC put and call options on the NASDAQ® -100 Index or a NASDAQ®-100 Index ETF or broad-based equity market ETF.
