The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Nasdaq US Insider Sentiment Index.
The fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index and depositary receipts representing common stocks included in the underlying index (or underlying securities representing depositary receipts included in the underlying index). The companies eligible for the underlying index are derived from its starting universe, the Nasdaq US Large Mid Cap Index, which is designed to track the performance of mid- to large-capitalization U.S. companies. The fund is non-diversified.
