The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Dorsey Wright® Sector 4 Index (the "underlying index").
The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. It is a "fund of funds," meaning that it invests its assets in the shares of other exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") eligible for inclusion in the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to gain exposure to the sectors of the U.S. equity markets that display the strongest relative strength, as evaluated on a monthly basis. The fund is non-diversified.
