The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of approximately 100 securities from an eligible universe of approximately 1,000 of the largest capitalization companies whose securities are included within the NASDAQ US Benchmark Index, except U.S.-listed American depositary receipts ("ADRs") or foreign securities that trade on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
