The fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund that seeks to provide a total return designed to exceed the performance of the index. The index is a sub-index of the Bloomberg Commodity IndexSM ("BCOM"). BCOM and its various sub-indices have been published since 1998 with simulated historical performance calculated back to 1991 and tracks movements in the prices of rolling positions in a basket of commodity futures with a maturity between one and three months. The fund is non-diversified.
