FREEHOLD, NJ, Feb. 26, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- UMH Properties, Inc. (NYSE:UMH) (TASE:UMH) reported Total Income of $240.6 million for the year ended December 31, 2024 as compared to $220.9 million for the year ended December 31, 2023, representing an increase of 9%. Total Income for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 was $61.9 million as compared to $57.0 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2023, representing an increase of 9%. Net Income (Loss) Attributable to Common Shareholders amounted to income of $2.5 million or $0.03 per diluted share for the year ended December 31, 2024 as compared to a loss of $8.7 million or $0.15 per diluted share for the year ended December 31, 2023.
