COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Huntington Bancshares Incorporated has announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.155 per common share, which is the same as last quarter. This cash dividend will be paid on April 1, 2025, to shareholders who are on record as of March 18, 2025.
Huntington Bancshares Incorporated had a solid performance in the fourth quarter, reporting a net income of $530 million, which is an increase of $287 million compared to the previous year, and earnings per share of $0.34. There was a notable rise in loans and deposits, with average total deposits increasing by $2.9 billion from the previous quarter and $9.8 billion from the previous year, which helped improve long-term margins.
